Missing star figures like forward Jean-Philippe Mateta and defender Daniel Muñoz, the Eagles departed Dublin with a commanding result that virtually guarantees them a place in the Europa Conference League playoffs.
A further victory in their next fixture against Finland's KuPS should be sufficient to secure straight entry to the knockout stages, particularly after a prior stumble against Strasbourg.
Squad Members Seize the Opportunity
This match provided a chance for some of Palace's fringe talent to impress. Christantus Uche, making only his second beginning since joining on loan from Getafe, opened the scoring with a clinical goal. Forward Eddie Nketiah added a another, finding the net for the second game in match.

Following the break, coach Oliver Glasner took the chance to withdraw several individuals like Kamada and Wharton. Replacement Romain Esse came close to scoring his very first touch, only to see his effort blocked.
The youngster was desperately unlucky later on, seeing one attempt strike off both posts before being clasped on the line. Uche then blazed a glaring chance, indicating there is still room for development in his game.
